Summer is in the air!
We started this week,by making our "Sun" craft! The kids enjoyed the activities using their hands...
We also did our weekly alphabet craft. This time, it's "J for jellyfish"...
Since it had been really hot this week, we enjoyed playing in our new pool...
This week, was also our last week before the summer vacation starts. We decided to have the children watch the famous "Frozen" movie or "Anna tō yuki no jō" in Japanese (sorry, if the spelling is wrong )... Everyone was so attentive, even the boys...

We have been studying N vocabulary, penmanship and craft, and reviewing earlier topics. On hot days we went to the pool to study practical fluid dynamics.
Near the pool is a slide.
The slide became a water slide.
Topping up the pool.
Using the slide upside down.
Using the slide upside-down and backwards.
A rough landing, but any landing you walk away from is a good landing.

Eventually, we combined the water slide and pool.

Lately it was humid and very hot. To cool down the children's body temperature, we made our home made ice cream
The children enjoyed shaking left and right and up and down the milk in a ziplock plastic pack with ice and salt.
< After shaking, it's time to transfer the made ice cream in the containers. 
And time for tasting.
Not only that, the children
were excited to splashed on the water almost everyday.
Only two more days, it will be Summer Vacation. Have a nice vacation. See you in our Summer School.!

昨日、校長先生が新しいプールを持って来てくれました〜‼︎
アップルさんは一番乗りで楽しんじゃいました〜。
ヤシの木シャワーや、滝のトンネルに大はしゃぎ‼︎
屋上の大きなプールで泳ぐのも楽しいけれど、新しいプールでパチャパチャ水遊びも楽しいね。
明日はどっちに入ろうかな〜？

この日は、室内での活動
まずは、卒園生のＡＫＡＲＩちゃんにＨＩＰＨＯＰを教えてもらいました
いつもと違う動きにみんな戸惑うかと思いきや、とっても上手に体を動かすみんな
楽しんでいました。
その後は、マット運動
手のつく場所、頭の付く場所を三点の目印をつけると、三点頭立も大成功!!!!
りとるじゃぱにーず★くま組
“ふ” “え”のお勉強をしたあとは、しりとり遊びをしました
言葉遊ぶのは簡単ですが、プリントでしりとりをするのは初めてだったので、みんな興味津々で取り組めました
りとるじゃぱにーず★ひよこ組
この日は、海の中をテーマにスポンジ、ローラー、筆などいろいろな道具を使って画用紙に色を塗ってハサミを使って魚、折り紙をちぎって海藻、手型でタコを作り、素敵な製作が出来ました
そのあとは、“まねっこたいそう うさぎちゃん”の本で楽しく体を動かしました
