夏が大好きな、2月生まれのUKIUKIみほです♪

創作danceもお手のもの～ということで、子どもたちのアイディアを使ってChristmas danceを作っています。

反対言葉を身をもって感じ、学んだみんな。反対言葉カルタでは、年長さんは遠くに座ってからの挑戦！遠くからでも、素早くカルタを叩く姿は、さすが！でした。
ひよこ組
こちらも、反対言葉を学んだあと……
そして、モンテッソーリ教育の日常から『机を拭く』『畳む(コート編)』をやりました。
模倣遊びが好きなこの歳なので、食事前のお母さんになりきって♪雑巾しぼりも上手にできるようになりました！
お手伝いが、大好きになるね♪

On Friday we made Tandoori Chicken and Mashed Potatoes to celebrate the Thanksgiving day. Kids were very active to prepare their dinner plate.
We had nice sunny days throughout the week. So kids enjoyed outdoor activities.

This week was all about numbers. We were studying the number "6" and also practicing in counting from 1 to 10. We also did our number train to add to our number train craft. And everyone had been busy sticking all the number "6" they have....
This week,we also celebrated "Thanksgiving Day". It is a celebration wherein families and friends come together and being thankful for each other and the things around them as well as good health....it is important to say "Thank you" even if it is not "Thanksgiving Day"....and we did our "Thanksgiving" craft,too...a funny looking turkey...
To end the week, the kids enjoyed some park time and chasing and kicking the ball...

The children enjoyed singing the song of Albuquerque He's My Turkey, so last week they made their own Turkey display. 
It was amazing to see the leaves change its colors in autumn time. The children learned many things and answered their questions "Why do the leaves change colors in autumn?
They also loved the fruit that is popular during autumn "persimmon"
