Lessons have begun again, and so far we have studied O and 11. In July, some of us enjoyed Summer School 1: Summer in Space.Getting ready for blast-off. It was only designed to be a one-man spaceship. Swimming with summer school friends. Preparing launch-pads. Heading to the Science Museum. Lunch is served.Studying applied hydraulics (pumping the handle to lift the platform). When gravity goes wrong (a tilted house). Test-driving a linear motor (mag-lev) prototype.  Heading back. Scientific inquiry is thirsty work.
