Spring is here!

The weather has been absolutely fantastic...a fabulous day to be out in the park and enjoy the sunshine! And that's absolutely what we did!
The children enjoyed playing in the park....running around, climbing big rocks and trees...


















Though spring is the best season, we still have to be very careful with our health at all times especially those with pollen allergies. And since the weather is changing,the temperature is still unpredictable,so always keep warm and wear your masks to minimize the effects of the allergens!

もうすぐ春だなぁ～と感じられる今日この頃 子どもたちと公園で遊んでいると「あったかいね、春一番だね」と言うCherryさんに、ビックリ３歳児は、いろんな言葉を覚える時期ですね UKIUKid's Mondayは、フラフープ潜り、大縄と綱引きを行いました。みんな腕力が弱いので、強化していこうね

Wednesdayは、気温に恵まれjacketを脱ぐ子もちらほら！懸垂、ﾊﾞﾗﾝｽ、鉄棒では豚の丸焼きと一回転にも挑戦


Little Japanese、月の始めの週はみんな大好きｶﾚﾝﾀﾞｰ製作折り紙をしたあとハサミも使って、素敵なカレンダーを作りました
お勧めの絵本“おおきくなるっていうことは”を読んだ後伝承遊びリクエストにより、だるまさんが転んだandかごめかごめで大はしゃぎ
明日も、ポカポカ天気で嬉しいなぁSee you tomorrow

Broadcasting and other activity

The children enjoyed pretending to be Anchormen and Anchorwomen.
The Grape class decided to have a broadcasting and invite their moms or dads to watch. In broadcasting, we had three different news; Regular, Sports and weather forecast. This was the first day of our class viewing. The children did wonderful job in creating their own news using their imagination. In the afternoon we made our craft for HinamatsuriOn the second day of class viewing, the moms who attended the class viewing joined us in yoga practice in the morning.and then we did our broadcasting with the second group.It was really fun to watch and listen to our little Anchormen and Anchorwomen.. Terrific job children! We ended our class viewing by singing songs. To the parents; thank you for coming to our class viewing, your presence mean a lot for your child. In the afternoon we continued our craft for Hinamatsuri.Until next time.

Melon Class

This year, Melon class-kids made the following crafts in honor of Hinamatsuri. In English, it is called the 'Doll Festival'. Kids were very excited to make the 'Odairisama' and ' Ohinasama'.

HINAMATSURI, Cherry class

We are going to celebrate HINAMATSURI or Doll festival in Japan tomorrow。In Cherry class kids made craft related to Hinamatsuri. We made triangle – shapes kimonos and kids pasted their own pictures to one of them and drew face to another. Most of boys drew their mom’s face to hinasama. They were so sweet..
