Exploring 5 of the States( Florida)

It's a hot & humid day, just perfect for our theme 'Florida'. This morning after assembly we had snacks & went to the pool. It's a big pool & kids enjoyed swimming & playing in the pool.








We made hot dogs & fruit salad.







In the afternoon , we made surfboard .

Summer School( Exploring 5 of the 50 States)

Today is the first day of the Summer School(3rd Part). Our theme is "Exploring 5 of the 50 States". Today we learned about Oklahama . In the morning after poems and dance , we had snacks time.


While introducing Oklahama, kids enjoyed drums.


To know more about Oklahama, we made picture-book. They are really good in arranging the pictures.


We did Splish & Splash too.




In the afternoon, we painted & made flags. It was fun.

A Bugs Life ➄ Last Day

First of all, we would like to say thank you to everyone who has joined our summer school. It had been a great experience to the children as well us, teachers.

Today is the last day of our summer school program part 2: "A Bugs Life", but it didn't stop us from being busy. We started the day by making "spider cookies" for our snack..



We also finished drawing picture of ants on our ant farm...


We also colored the bugs' pictures we got from our Tokyo Tower field trip yesterday..


For lunch,we have made ladybug pancakes! The children enjoyed decorating their pancakes with chocolate and maple syrup and m&m's chocolate...





After lunch,we made butterflies as our last decoration on our little insect filled classroom...


Thank you to all the parents who came to watch our mini presentation,though it is not well rehearsed due to our busy schedule,the children still did their very best...Great job children!!!

A Bugs Life⑤Field trip(▦'︶'▦)ﾉﾞ

今日は、楽しみにしていたField trip
昆虫展がやっている、ここへ♪


東京タワーのキャラクターノッポ君が、お出迎え～

昆虫展では、世界の珍しい昆虫はもちろんクワガタやカブトムシを触ったよヾ(´︶`♡)ﾉ


はらぺこのみつばちとてんとう虫★

お楽しみは、まだまだ٩(๑>▽<๑)۶
展望台へ行って、働き蟻のようにお仕事する人たちを見たね♪

駅から徒歩5分ですが、汗びっちょり。電車の中でもお行儀よくしていたみんなに、東京タワーのﾊﾞｯﾁをプレゼント(*´˘` )♡(´˘`๑)

ゆっくり休んで明日の最終日も、楽しもうね♩♬♡ﾟ*｡

A Bugs Life ➃

Another busy day in the Bugs world as each one spray-painted their t-shirts with ladybugs and bumble bees as their pattern....


We also played where each one had their turn in hitting the watermelon until it breaks open...and had it for our dessert after finishing lunch...it was really sweet and yummy that the children couldn't stop themselves from having seconds...



After all the yummy watermelon had gone,we made our ladybug and bee crown antennae to use for our presentation. The children also drew some pictures for our ant farm drawing using their imagination...
